Step 2 — Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 business hours.
Step 3 — Resolution
We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Complex issues may take up to 14 business days; we will keep you informed throughout.
Step 4 — Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate by emailing connect@discretdigital.com with the subject line "Escalation — [Complaint Reference]" and a senior team member will review your case within 5 business days.
