Discret AI is a product of Discret Digital, a software company registered in Pakistan. We build AI agents for businesses, deployed across WhatsApp, websites, Instagram, and other messaging platforms. Our registered contact email is connect@discretdigital.com.

We collect information you provide directly when you:

Use our onboarding form: name, work email, WhatsApp number, business name, industry, city, selected plan, and your agent brief.

Interact with our site: pages visited, browser type, device type, and referring URL — collected via Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager.

Contact us directly: any information you include in emails or WhatsApp messages to our team.

We use the information we collect to:

• Contact you about your AI agent deployment via WhatsApp and email
• Configure and personalise your AI agent based on your business brief
• Send you transactional emails (onboarding confirmation, deployment updates)
• Improve our product and website experience
• Comply with legal obligations

Your onboarding data is transmitted via Resend (email delivery) and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls to protect your information.

When your AI agent is deployed, conversation data is stored in a Supabase instance — either ours or yours depending on your plan. Session data expires after 1 hour.

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics — website usage analytics
• Google Tag Manager — tag management
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• OpenAI — AI language model powering the agents
• ElevenLabs — voice synthesis for voice-enabled agents
• Supabase — database and authentication

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using our website but may affect analytics tracking.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We retain your onboarding information for as long as you are an active client or prospect. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
