Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
Discret AI provides AI agent deployment services on a monthly subscription basis. Because our services are digital and delivered immediately upon payment, our refund policy is structured accordingly. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing connect@discretdigital.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +92-340-056-8710.
Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after the cancellation is confirmed.
Refunds
Setup & Onboarding Fee: The one-time setup and onboarding fee is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced, as it covers labour and configuration time that is delivered immediately.
Monthly Subscription: If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment. To be eligible, you must not have used the deployed agent for live customer interactions. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
After the 7-day window: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after 7 days from the payment date. Partial-month refunds are not issued.
Service Downtime: If Discret AI experiences a verified outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure (not third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or Meta), a pro-rated credit for the affected days will be applied to your next billing cycle.
Service Not Delivered
If your agent was not deployed within the agreed timeline (typically 7 business days from onboarding) due to a fault on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of the first month's subscription fee. Delays caused by incomplete information or slow responses from the client do not qualify.
How to Request a Refund
Email connect@discretdigital.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]". Include your name, the email address used for your account, your payment date, and the reason for your request.
We will acknowledge within 24 business hours and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise agreements are governed by individual contract terms. Refund and cancellation conditions for Enterprise clients are specified in the signed Service Agreement.
