Terms of Service

By accessing or using Discret AI (operated by Discret Digital), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use the service.

Discret AI provides AI agent deployment services for businesses, including:

• Configuration and deployment of AI agents trained on your business knowledge base
• Integration across WhatsApp Business, websites, Instagram DMs, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, and SMS
• Voice-enabled AI agent capabilities via ElevenLabs
• Analytics dashboards and lead capture tools
• Ongoing maintenance and support as defined in your selected plan

Services are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorise Discret Digital to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

Essential Plan: $149/month — 1,000 conversations, 60 voice minutes, 1 channel
Business Plan: $249/month — 10,000 conversations, 180 voice minutes, up to 5 channels

All prices are in USD. Setup and onboarding are included in all plans. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use Discret AI to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass individuals
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with our systems
• Use the service for any purpose that violates WhatsApp Business, Instagram, or Telegram platform policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

In alignment with our company values, Discret Digital does not provide services to the Israeli government, Israeli military or defense institutions, Israeli state-affiliated entities, or companies headquartered and operating in Israel. This restriction is non-negotiable and forms part of these terms.

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to configure your AI agent (documents, FAQs, product information, etc.). By providing this content, you grant Discret Digital a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of building and operating your AI agent.

You represent that you have the right to share this content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

The Discret AI platform, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Discret Digital. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any Discret Digital intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur. Enterprise plans include a formal SLA — contact us for details. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, OpenAI, etc.).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discret Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease at the end of the current billing period. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless you request an earlier deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
