Service Delivery & Cancellation

Nature of Service

Discret AI provides digital AI agent services — there are no physical goods shipped. This policy covers how and when our services are delivered, and the conditions under which a client may cancel before or during delivery.

Service Delivery Timeline

Upon successful onboarding and payment, your AI agent will be deployed according to the following standard timeline:

  • Day 1–2: Your brief is reviewed and your dedicated specialist is assigned. You receive a WhatsApp message from your specialist within 2 hours of submission.
  • Day 2–3: Knowledge base configuration begins. You share your business documents, FAQs, pricing, and any additional context.
  • Day 3–5: Agent training, language calibration, and internal testing.
  • Day 5–7: Agent goes live on your selected channels (WhatsApp, Website, Instagram, etc.).

Most businesses are live within 5–7 business days of completing onboarding. Some simpler setups go live in 48 hours. Complex Enterprise deployments may take up to 14 business days.

Delays caused by slow document submission or unresponsiveness from the client side are not counted against the delivery timeline.

International Delivery

Discret AI's services are delivered entirely digitally and are available internationally. There are no geographic restrictions on service delivery. Clients in Pakistan, the UAE, the UK, and all other markets receive the same service via their internet-connected devices and platforms (WhatsApp, website, etc.).

Support is available in English and Urdu. International clients are supported via email and WhatsApp.

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel before your agent has gone live, contact us immediately at connect@discretdigital.com or WhatsApp +92-340-056-8710.

If cancellation is requested before onboarding has commenced (i.e., before your first specialist call), a full refund of the subscription fee will be issued. The setup fee is non-refundable once any configuration work has begun.

If cancellation is requested after onboarding has commenced but before go-live, you will be charged for work completed to date. Any remaining balance from the first month's fee may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the stage of deployment.

Cancellation After Go-Live

You may cancel your active subscription at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on how cancellations are processed after the service is live.

Service Modifications

You may request changes to your agent's knowledge base, language settings, or deployment channels at any time during your subscription. Standard change requests are processed within 2–3 business days. Major restructures (e.g., full retraining) may take up to 5 business days.
